Product Specification

Bella Choice takes care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at all times. We aim to represent a true reflection of our products with accurate descriptions and clear photographs.

Hand Finished Products

Hand finished products i.e. tiaras, can vary slightly as they are all individually hand finished. Due to the nature of semi-precious stones in these products, there may be some slight variations in colour. Payment Payment in full must be received and cleared before your order can be processed. A receipt will be sent to you by email, confirming the transaction and outlining approximate delivery times. If we are unable to fulfil an order we have accepted, you will be notified by email; your credit card will be re-refunded, or a refund cheque issued for the original price (depending on your method of payment). In no circumstances is Bella Choice liable to credit you for any additional amounts.

Product Acceptance

Products must be inspected upon receipt, as you will be deemed to have accepted them unless you notify us otherwise. Bella Choice will not be held liable for any claims made after the 7-Day Notice Period (as outlined in the Delivery section). Your statutory rights are not affected.

Product Ownership

Bella Choice will retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been received; this ownership will immediately revert to us if any payments are refunded. On receipt of delivery all responsibility of the goods will pass to the purchaser. Some expensive or bulky items will need to be signed for to prove receipt; this will be made clear at the Point of Sale.

Delivery

UK: Postage and packaging to UK destinations are free of charge, however return charges are payable by the customer.

Overseas: Postage and Packaging is chargeable by parcel weight and country of destination; pricing is provided at the Point of Sale.

Delivery options

Any delivery time-scales quoted to you at the Point of Sale are approximate, however we do aim to meet your occasion deadline. Depending on stock levels and order sizes, multiple parcels may be delivered to you. For overseas deliveries we aim to send all products at the same time, although larger orders may arrive in separate packages.

Late or Lost Deliveries

If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order please contact Bella Choice and we will do our best to help you trace it. We will provide you with a Royal Mail Tracking Number and telephone number, so that you can make enquiries about your delivery. In the event of a non-delivery, we can only consider replacing or refunding the order after 20 working days; this is when the Royal Mail is able to confirm that the parcel is lost. Bella Choice cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries.

Returns Customer Satisfaction Promise

Bella Choice offers its customers a 7-Day Return Policy on non custom-made products and excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons). However postage costs will need to be met by the customer: see Postal Charges for Unwanted Goods below. A refund or exchange can be given to replace unwanted products that have not been worn or damaged in any way. For this reason we ask you not to wear perfume, deodorant, make-up or tanning products when trying on garments. Any marks or aromas on goods will render the products non-refundable.

Postal Charges for Unwanted Goods

These items are returned at the purchaser’s own cost, with any additional charges for shipping and/or commission from banks subtracted from the total refund.

Faulty Goods

In the rare case of our products being faulty, the refund will cover the cost of the item, plus the original postage incurred on returning the item. If any defect is found, please e-mail Bella Choice at info@bellachoice.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

Returns Procedure

 1. If any defect is found, please notify Bella Choice by email at info@bellachoice.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

2. Please notify Bella Choice by e-mail at info@bellachoice.com within five days of receiving your order, giving reason for return or exchange.

3. If your enquiry is successful a Customer Service representative will then e-mail you a Returns Number to place onto your parcel; please return to Bella Choice within a further seven days.

4. An authorised return must be sent to us in its original packaging and attached tags. Please ensure that goods are suitable protected by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a covering insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

5. When we have processed your return we will notify you when your refund application has been processed, this can take up to 14 days.
