Returns & Exchanges
All returned item(s) must be in original condition along with packaging
and tags and sent back to
us within 7 days from the date you received them.

A full refund for the price of the item(s) will then be given.
We highly recommend that you use Royal Mails recorded
delivery service for returned item(s) and retain the counterfoil,

AS WE CANNOT REFUND GOODS NOT RECEIVED AT OUR PREMISES.

Refunds will not be made until we have received the goods from you.
Returns remain the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us.

For exchanges please enclose cheque or postal order for £2.95 payable
to "Bella Brides"

the exchange charge over telephone by credit/debit card

Orders are dispatched witin 24 hours of receiving them
and delivery takes (unless otherwise stated) around 3-5 working days
For Europe, delivery can times vary between
3-7 days depending on the country, for Rest of Word delivery
is around 7-15 days.

Distance Selling Regulations
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other
rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us
by writing or email us of your desire to cancel within seven days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you.

You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you
to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return
journey, you are responsible for these goods until they reach us.

Under these Distance Selling Regulations you do not have the
right to a refund for items that have been made to your own
requirements, items that have been personalised or engraved,
earrings body jewellery and items that are pierced due to
hygiene reasons.

This is important. Please read carefully.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write or email us details
are on our contact page. To cancel this contract you must give us
notice within 7 working days starting with the day after the
day you receive the goods from us.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you
for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required,
within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice
of cancellation in writing from you.

We would remind you that once you have notified us of your
desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement
for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the
goods to us at your own cost to the address given and we advise
you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return
journey.
